Remember when Skrillex and A$AP Rocky came together for a collaboration and ‘Wild for the Night’ was tearing up dance floors everywhere? Well, we may have just come full circle.
A couple weeks ago, the above shot of Skrillex, Chance the Rapper, and hip-hop producer all-star, Mike WiLL Made It surfaced on Instagram, leaving fans of both dance music and hip-hop salivating over the possibilities of these three working together. Later, in an interview with XXL, Skrillex confirmed that the three had projects in the works. Now, following an insane string of shows in San Francisco, Skrillex has hopped over to New York to continue his Takeover tour series with last night’s performance at the Brooklyn Bowl.
Midway through his set, Skrill made good on the picture’s promise, dropping an absolutely wild collaboration with Chance the Rapper. A fan caught the track on camera during the show and you can check out the footage below while we wait for a studio version to be released. One thing is certain: these three are on top of their game!
